Joya Jaya9 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the Joya Jaya9 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). Joya Jaya9 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform.

In addition to these Terms & Conditions, Joya Jaya9's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy form part of the same framework and are equally applicable.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• Minimum deposit is BDT 200 (may vary depending on the payment method).

• Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted.
• Additional verification may be requested for suspicious payments.
• Joya Jaya9 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit at its discretion.

Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to withdraw from Joya Jaya9:

• Minimum withdrawal is BDT 200.
• The withdrawal method must match the method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification is mandatory for your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will not be permitted until the bonus wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if suspicious activity is identified.

5 Bonus & Promotional Offers

General Bonus Terms & Conditions at Joya Jaya9:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, which are clearly disclosed before the bonus is accepted.
• Bonuses may only be used on designated games.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Holding multiple active bonuses at the same time is not permitted.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules apply while playing games on Joya Jaya9:

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator).
• If a game is disrupted due to a technical issue, Joya Jaya9 will uphold the last valid result recorded.
• Joya Jaya9 reserves the right to correct any errors found in game rules or payouts.

• Any attempt to hack or manipulate gaming software is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Joya Jaya9:

• Creating or using more than one account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or financial crimes.
• Using bots, automated software, or AI to play games.
• Colluding with other players to share bonuses or winnings.
• Attempting to hack or attack the Joya Jaya9 system.
• Attempting to bypass the verification process using false information or forged documents.
• Threatening, abusive, or obscene behaviour on the platform.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Joya Jaya9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If the information requested for KYC verification is not submitted within 30 days.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• If the player submits a self-exclusion request.

If your account is suspended, your balance will be preserved and returned to you if deemed valid upon completion of the investigation. However, in cases of terms violations, Joya Jaya9 reserves the right to forfeit the balance.

9 Responsible Gaming

Should any loss occur as a direct result of a technical fault on the Joya Jaya9 platform itself, we will make every effort to provide the maximum possible assistance.

12 Terms Modification Policy

Joya Jaya9 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Significant changes will be communicated in advance via notification.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
